Your everyday carry gear needs to fit perfectly and perform flawlessly. If your Tarnkappe Gear apparel isn't the exact right fit for your concealed carry needs, we have made our return and exchange process straightforward and hassle-free.
Standard Return Policy
We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise.

Within 60 Days: Returns initiated within 60 days of delivery are eligible for a full refund to your original payment method. (Note: It may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund).

After 60 Days: Returns initiated after the 60-day window will be issued store credit via a Tarnkappe Gear eGift Card.

Please note: Original eGift cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Refunds for purchases made with an eGift card will be re-issued as a new eGift card.
How to Start a Return
Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted. To initiate the process:

Email Us: Contact our support team at contact@tarnkappegear.com with your order number.

Get Your Label: We will reply with a free return shipping label (for US orders only) and clear instructions on how and where to drop off your package.

Track It: If you have a registered Tarnkappe Gear account, you can track the status of your return directly on our website. We will also notify you via email once we receive and inspect your item.
Fast Exchanges
The fastest way to get your new gear is to initiate a return for the item you currently have. Once your return is accepted, simply place a new order on the website for the correct size or color.
Damages & Order Issues
As an everyday protector, you need gear you can trust right out of the box. Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your apparel is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at contact@tarnkappegear.com so we can make it right.
