Refund policy
Customers can initiate a return for refund of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise with free return shipping up to 60 days after receiving your item(s). Returns initiated after 60 days from delivery will be issued a Tarnkappe Gear eGift Card.
You will need to provide the order number so we can refund the original form of payment. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you paid with an eGift card, a new eGift card in the amount of the credit will be issued and emailed to you accordingly
To start a return, email us at contact@tarnkappegear.com. We’ll send you a free return shipping label (for US orders only), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Customer is responsible for shipping returned items. We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note: eGift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the item you would like.
